An orientation program specially designed to introduce entrepreneurs to the world of globalization. Using a set of prerecorded lectures and workshops , the program guides you through the best practices followed by successful entrepreneurs to build scalable global companies. 

Topics include practical  recommendations on how to explore market opportunities, assess competitive advantages,  define marketing and sales strategies, scale operations to grow, protect your intellectual property,  and build a strong team.

The program includes one complimentary session of mentoring to guide you through your company’s self assessment and recommend next steps.

Building Innovative Products

Using a combination of one on one mentoring sessions and a set of prerecorded workshops, the program guides you through the steps that you need to follow to build strong competitive products.

It begins with an assessment of your product portfolio to recognize sustainable competitive advantages in the target markets,  identifies innovation opportunities,  defines a product strategy, applies state of the art methodologies to adjust your products or build new innovative products, defines your MVP and product roadmap, and determines your product readiness for release in the new markets.

Selling Globally

This program is designed for companies that already have a proven product and proof of concept or clients in their country of origin, and want to expand to a new market. Using a combination of practical mentoring sessions and prerecorded lectures, the program guides you through the steps that you need to take to successfully release your products or services in the new market.

Topics include assessing the market options and selecting your target market and segments, assessing your competition and identifying your competitive advantages, building your value proposition, defining your sales and marketing communication strategies, preparing your sales pitch, webpage and other collaterals, and getting your first channel partners and customers

Selling Globally and Getting Funding

This program is designed for companies that want to expand globally and are looking for investment to secure their growth. The program includes the topics of the Selling Globally program plus additional guides to help you get access to the funding sources you need.

The additional topics include defining your business model, projecting your growth, revenue and costs to calculate your funding needs, identifying  investment sources and preparing your investors presentations

Executing the Strategy

This program is designed for companies that have completed the product, sales, or funding programs, and need additional consulting sessions to execute their different strategies.

Topics include but are not limited to meetings with prospective channel partners and customers, building strategic alliances with technology partners, participation in industry conferences and events, protection of intellectual property, incorporation of a company in the US, getting legal or accounting advise, building the team, creating a compensation model, product management and project readiness and meeting and negotiating with potential investors.
