This business is born from a real problem that will always be viable, which is to give easy access to education to foreign students or who live far from quality universities. This project could generate employment to thousands of people, in addition it could facilitate the acquisition of housing to young professionals who wish to obtain passive income while administering a student housing. Banks, and other entities could facilitate the acquisition of housing, through leasing, for people who want to pay for their housing while offering the service of student housing. The universities have made great investments in creating student housing in order to offer this facility to their students, however these are born as an offer but not as a solution to the real problem of student housing. |
