| Problem: Describe the problem you solve. | We look forward to train parents, teachers and companies on the needs of the new generations. We are focusing on the future of work and all of the soft skills needed to overcome automatization. We want to train adults on how to guide need generations, how to travel together for a better future and for a prosperous latinamerica.  | 
| Solution: Describe your solution and product road map | Our project "Innovadores del future" or future innovators is a multimedia project. We are looking to finance a short documentary with Juan David Aristizábal, colombian and co chair of the World Economic Forum 2019, he will be hosting a story that will be a wake up call but also a road map with the things that need to be done and perhaps the things that are being done and need to be changed. Innovadores del Future is a short story but also is a initiative that will be cover overed in social media, we will have experts on different topics that will talk to our target but also to these new generations that want to learn about their own future and how things need to be done. Social media needs to be supported with live events that is why we need to finance events in Colombia and latinamerica. Last but not least important we will gather information from the new generations we want them to be part of the project and the solution.

Enumerate and explain your main competitive advantages. Include IP protection. | For the past 7 years I have been producing events and working with keynote speakers from Colombia and overseas. I am a Management major of the Georgia Institute of Technology and my experience in project management includes among others my participation with the MDNA Tour the first time Madonna visited Colombia (November 2012), The Born this way Tour with Lady Gaga (November 2012), Varekai with Cirque du Soleil (2013), the production of seminars along Colombia with the Chambers of Commerce and I have had the opportunity to work with my keynote speakers for companies such as Nielsen, 3M, Dupont, Pepsico, Cemex, Citibank, Cementos Argos among many others. One of my competitive advantages is my experience and the knowledge after working for over 10 years in marketing, events and selling products and services. The other advantage is that my partner for Innovadores del Future is one of my friends, keynote speakers, author, teacher, journalist, social entrepreneur and one of the most important voices in education in latin america, Juan David Aristizábal. Juan David was named by Forbes Magazine as one of the 30 under 30 changing the world, he won an MTV Millennial Award, he was the only latin american as cochair in the World Economic Forum 2019. Juan David is a young incluencer in social media and is the cofounder of Los Zúper a platform for young people that are being train, with no cost, by well know entrepreneurs, actors, writers, athletes to find their own talents. For this project we have the knowledge of Juan David about the Future of Work, education and entrepreneurship, and my own experience managing big projects form the design, to the funding and the execution. We both believe that we need to work on a better future that we need to impact others to enjoy the ride!

| Market fit: Describe how much your solution has been validated by potential customers and provide references that have tried or reviewed your solution. | I have traveled with Juan David and his conferences for the past two years and the need for our project is undeniable, after a keynote we always receive questions from parents and leaders who want to know what needs to be done, what they need to change to help their kids, students or young employees. Juan David was a special guest at the ACBSP Conference in Houston, TX were he talked to the Management colleges worldwide about the future of education and work. https://acbspconference.org/homepage-3/ also main guest at the YBI Summit were talked to 300 social entrepreneurs from all over the world https://www.youthbusiness.org/resource/encouraging-storytelling-in-entrepreneurship-an-interview-with-juan-david-aristiz-bal . These are only two of the events were he has been part of the lineup; with his short age he has impacted thousands of people with his speech in Colombia and countries such as USA, Spain, Peru, Ecuador, Mexico etc.

Include partnerships you are considering and your key performance indicators. | We already started working on the material that will help us support and build the content of our documentary, we have a collection of interviews with leaders that are sharing the ideas to build future innovators, with Juan David we have had the opportunity to interview the CEO of Mastercard latam, an ex president of Ecuador, entrepreneurs form Chile, Argentina and many others. Right now we are financing the project with our own savings; however, our strategy is to start looking for sponsors, companies that want to join us and that are able and want to help us spread the word and impact the future of latinamerica. We know that wewmpowercities Colombia is a great platform that will help us with the economic support and with the contacts needed to make a great impact in the world. With the funds we will finish producing the documentary, and with live events we will give more tools for the steps that need to be taken for the change that we want. An exercise of crowdfunding is also an option but the first stage would need to be financed by the companies and the associations that are betting on the having the bet future employees and entrepreneurs.  | 
| Team: Describe your main team and ownership. Include brief bio of team members. | The Squad is a 100% owned by me, Jimena Bravo Buitrago. For this project I have a 50%-50% alliance with Juan David Aristizábal and his company Managers de Talento. Jimena Bravo Buitrago: I am colombian, 38 years old and on 2013 I started The Squad, a company that produce corporate events and that represents talent from over the world. The Squad gathers in "a Squad" all of my providers, clients, and keynote speakers. I am a Management major from the Georgia Institute of Technology and I lived for 8 years in the US; nowadays I live in my hometown Manizales. I am an entrepreneur since I was born I love creating and building projects from the start, I understand the talents of others thats why I enjoy creating that perfect team were everyone understands their strengths but always to put them in service of the team, I am a saleswoman and selling my own products is what I do best, and I love execution, the moment when an idea becomes real. Juan David Aristizábal: was born in Colombia in 1989. This management major is a well-known social entrepreneur in Latin America; he is the cofounder of Los Zúper, a community of people aiming for a change in the world by using their own talents. Juan David is a leader trying to effect social change in the world; he is a strong believer that we all can change the world, giving this phrase the title to his last book, Todos Podemos Cambiar el Mundo. For empowering and educating youth and grassroots organizations for the past years, Juan David has received a MTV Millennial Award, he was recognized as an Ashoka Fellow, Fullbright Scholar, Knight Fellow, Forbes 30 Under 30 Social Entrepreneurs, 100 Leaders of Colombia, he was one of the 20 Leaders Revolutionizing Colombia and in 2019 he participated as co-chair in the World Economic Forum in Davos.

Describe main milestones to be reached. | In three years we need to grow in coverage but also in content, we need to spread the word in Colombia but also in latinamerica and the world. We are aware that the world is changing faster than ever and we would need to be in a constant research to update the information and the tools given in all of our platforms: video, social media, live events and perhaps a book or a podcast that will facilitate our purpose.  |

Also we know that at the same time we will be impacting other along the way, the centennials who will read and learn about their future, preparing themselves to what is coming. At last but not least important we are doing this project for ourselves, we are convinced that we need to work in what we love and we have found in this project a way to join our talents, to be sustainable while we help others making the world a better place.  |
