The main problem we address is to ensure the sustainability of NGOs benefiting from Worthy, lack of resources, lack of support routes and poor articulation of the social ecosystem has a negative impact on the operation of NGOs worldwide, specifically in Colombia, NGOs face organizational difficulties, are unaware of the processes for making a financing request and are not aware of the aid they could receive from international cooperation and the Colombian business sector.

In response to these identified needs, through Worthy, it is proposed to strengthen social organizations through the generation of alliances with the different sectors of society, as previously identified, the academy, the government sector and the Colombian business ecosystem, guaranteeing thus the importance and incidence of organizations in the civilian population, in the non-profit sector and generating considerable visibility conducive to the recognition of international cooperation bodies. The differential value in front of our competitors is the value that we have added to the search and achievement of calls, generating a differentiated and personalized institutional strengthening, that is to say, that we accompany from the phase of ideation of a project, a strengthening process is carried out of both managerial and personal skills to achieve an effective achievement of resources, combining a commercial and public relations strategy at the corporate level, promoting solidarity collection intentions. In Colombia, there are no initiatives that promote the articulation of the social ecosystem to generate a triple impact on the community.

Currently, Worthy is in the validation phase, working with two small initiatives of social entrepreneurs in the country, at the same time we have 3 intentions to acquire services of medium-sized NGOs and 1 Colombian cultural selector company. We are constantly conducting a market survey to identify opportunities for collaboration with our potential beneficiaries, with 100 potential clients in less than 1 month. Which have expressed interest in acquiring the services of Worthy.

Worthy finances its sustainability through the sale of specialized services in the collection of resources, both physical, technical and monetary, especially aimed at social organizations that require it, likewise, a specific group of individuals who deserve to be supported in The attainment of resources, in this way training workshops and specialized accompaniment services are offered to such individuals, the characteristic in common, is always to recognize the added value of the initiatives to be supported, where the triple impact that these can reach is evaluated to provide in their communities.
Worthy's support plan offers three plans directed at three different levels, these have been defined according to the capacities of the organizations and people to whom they are directed, this in order not to negatively affect the disposition of own resources, in Worthy we consider that due to the origin of the resources (Calls, Grants, Awards, Tenders, among others) Worthy obtains its financing by obtaining the funds obtained from the same effective calls acquired by Worthy consultants; However, it has been identified that many of the organizations wish to explore the three levels of accompaniment, this, in order to strengthen the learning curve of the collaborators of these organizations, Worthy's plans, are named under the name of (1) Curious , (2) Visionary, (3) Expert.
