Main Competitive Advantage: I am a mom 12 years ago and of five kids, I am professional, and I have experience in corporate life and home life. I have lived how the family is the first bussines of the society and how soft abilities can make a big difference in the development of maternal job.

I have been invited to give conferences for "good parents" and it was my inspiration.
